These days many of us are looking a little closer at food labels, but we often stop after reading the nutrition facts. Sure, calories and fat content are important, but we think finding really satisfying food is not just about reading numbers. If you look a little further down the label, to the actual ingredient list, you'll find what makes the real difference. Campbell's® Select Harvest® soups are made from only ingredients that people can readily recognize, and the label is designed to cleanly and simply identify exactly what is and is not in each soup.

Our soups are created from high-quality real ingredients, like 100% natural white-meat chicken, farm-grown vegetables and all-natural chicken stock. Plus, Campbell has added a unique, lower sodium natural sea salt, which helps each Campbell's® Select Harvest® soup to meet the "healthy" sodium level of 480mg per serving while still delivering great taste. Thirty six of our soups qualify as heart-healthy1. Twelve of our soups are now 100% natural, with no artificial flavors, or preservatives, including Chicken with Egg Noodles and five new flavorful Mediterranean-Style soups.

Beyond the delicious, high-quality ingredients that are in Campbell's® Select Harvest® soups, equally important is what has been left out. None of the soups has added MSG2, high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils or artificial flavors.
